7" portable DVD player PDM0723 s/n B0699010727012040 - The unit will power up and the dvd turns, there is audio but there is not picture on the screen. Can you tell me if there is a quick fix or a fix at all for this problem.

Don't know but our Matsui did that,look around the rim where the lid meets the main unit,you may find a micro switch that pops up when the lid it opened(it will be very small)sometimes they don't pop up,use a stiff card or similar(long nails)and see if it pushes down and pops up easily,it will probably stop the disc in the down position,work it a few times and it might come on.Nothing to loose by it,you can always relist.Good luck.
