I have a NSM Prestige ES 160 Juke box in great shape except that it doesn't seem to want to move records. The push arm that moves the records from the slots to the turntable is in the up position so it will not move up and down the track. Does anyone know anyone in the centralWisconsin area that might work on this type of Jule box.

Hi my 160 gets stuck and just keeps "clicking" does not play any records. Recent problem, worked okay until now. Any ideas?

I've had this issue with my NSM, i carefully remove the records, took the carraige off and put it in the start position, turned the whole unit off and then on again, it reset itself.

Having said that, there is also a philips screw which is an adjustment on the bottom of the arm that pushes the record into place to be played, you may want to adjust this too.
