Hi,

Hoping someone can spare me a bit of there time and hopefully expertise. I am getting an E15 error code ( outlet pipe not taking water away) on the above machine. I have thoroughly cleaned all pipework, filters, pump sump and impeller. After cleaning the impeller parts and the magnet behind this (small amount of rust ) it did one wash clearing the water before then not clearing water on the second wash. After a further inspection of the pump I again got one good wash before the second wash again did not take the water away.
Is it possible that somehow the magnet on the outlet pump is not holding a very good charge?
Any ideas much appreciated.

suggest you change pump could be impellor not turning on shaft put masking tape on on fin of impellor and while putting power on hold finger to see if impellor is turning hope it help
