My Boiler gives my hot water in my Kitchen but in my bathroom I only get luke warm water, and my house doesnt heat up enugh. Can any one help???

poss hotwater tap in 22mm . to much water thru tap turn down mains water pressure or just slow water down at bath tap.

Sounds like youv got low gas pressure.combined with a greater volume of flow in bath.you need an engineer mate!
