how do you get the cover off the machine to get inside to replace coupling,machine will not spin

Our coupling broke, too. The replacement part was about $10; the trick to changing it, though, is that you want to lay the washer down on its back and work from the bottom; you do NOT need to take off the back panel. Good luck!
