Dripping outside flue?

We have just fitted a wood burner which is working perfectly with the exception of a black watery substance dripping from the 6in black chimney flue outside.We are using seasoned wood. All joints have been sealed with fire cement. We have a rotory cowl fitted. Please help !!!

just might be the nature of the beast[wood]. can't be completely dry also cold stove pipe and outside temps. means condensation on start up.
