my washer is coming up with f-08 which is a heating element how do you replace the element, this is an indesit 1600 evolution silverwasher

hi make sure its empty remove back you can see the element at the rear of the drum bottom mark & remove wires(POWER OFF) so you know where they go undo middle nut to end of thread but not off then push the nut in with a screw driver untill its flush with the element housing this takes pressure off the rubber seal holding the element in now carefully prise out with screwdriver remove & replace
