Low pressure?

My Ideal Esprit boiler isn't firing up, it has low pressure and i cannot find my user guide..... please help.

There is a filling loop under the boiler to fill up to 1.2 bar look like silver tube connected main water supply and boiler flow open to fill just follow supply main under boiler
