Is this the F&P GW52K machine? Commonly known as the Gentle Annie or ECS model. If so then you need a special removal tool originally supplied by F&P but not any more as these machines are 20 years old and no one bothers wasting time with them that old. No parts are available from F&P for these machines any more.
