any help zenith B25A10Z will not turn on push power button and it trys to turn on an shuts off makes noise like it turned on and makes noise likeit turned off?

change vert ic, pump up cap 100at35v and sometimes fuseable res off hvt and or near vert ic 27v b+ for vert i.c. Most of the time vert ic will have a hole in it. good luck. ACE
