Saunier duval F23E?

I have saunier duval f23e boiler and when the heating is off , the radiarors get hot when we use hot water.

Washers or rubber pads on diverter valve arm worn or lost.These can be replaced without removing the valve.

have same boiler and same problem a while back, changed diverter valve and fitted new water valve at same time and problem solved.
