leak at back where pulley rotates drum?

I have a defy automaid model daw285 frontloader where can i get a repair diagram or manual , I am assuming there must be seal to be replaced

Correct, there is a seal, but it will be on the inside, usually comes as part of the set with bearings, best to replace them while you have it apart, as a leak would mean they are on the way out as well.
