take the outer casing off and follow the mains cable to the circuit board.where the blue and the brown wires are soldered to the board you will see a 5 amp fuse.check to see if the fuse is intact,if its ok,then you have a failed component/s on the power side.check the three 24uf capacitors visually for bulging or venting on the tops.that's all you can do really without getting too technical .
