plumbing baxi-combi 105he?

When running DHW, with CH on also, the DHW does not stay at a constant temperature.
The red CH light/80*C goes out after a while, about 10 seconds then the burner extinguishes. The light then comes back on and the burner ignites and the water heats up again, so the DHW temperature goes from very hot to warm repeatedly.
The DHW light stays on constantly.
What could be the problem.

You are running it too hot, Red light danger, too hot, turn it down recommended is about 55 for dhw, I run my ch about 60, NOT going to get burnt that way.
