Our shower is very slow to drain, i imagine with lots of hair. I have tried drain unblocking liquids and a plunger but this hasn't worked. The pipe is under the floor so not easily accessible, is there a particularly good product for dissolving hair blockages?

check ur waste. the cap in middle shud cum of in shower tray( if plastic). pull out white filter and clean but when u have it out, run water into shower tray. if that doesnt work then go outside and take the bend off and clean pipe ithe a rod

2 ways I've had success with are:-
1) from the outside, remove the joint from the pipe leaving the house and send a bottle brush on a suitable extension into the pipe and clean!
2) take a cable from an old bike, pref with a frayed end, and carefully insert down the drain in the showerbase. Then twist whilst slowly withdrawing! (should add insert the frayed end first)
