What make you think that you have a burnt capacitor? Normaly, capacitors don't burn, in fact, they can't burn under normal conditions. Any event that would actualy burn a capacitor would also destroy any neibouring circuits.
They can leak if they are electrolythic capacitors.
Anyway, you need to open the case, locate the faulty capacitor, un-weld it with an un-welding pump, get a replacement with the same characteristics and weld it in place.
