My laptop allows me to enter a CD when I turn the computer on, but after the computer has been on for about 20 minutes or so I can't locate the CD drive at all.
I can't eject or anything even when I open the drawer with a pin and close it again nothing happens, I have been in Device manager and uninstalles and reinstalled but still nothing happens I tried to roll back the driver but get the message that no backup file has been saved.
I have to turn the computer off and turn it on again to use the CD drive Log off does not work.
My computer is an Iqon Laptop and the Cd drive is FUJITSU MHT2030AT What can I do appart from bring it to a shop?

I seem to have solved this problem,
I created a shortcut to the CD drive on my desktop and It appears to be working fine now.
