how can i fix the image?

When I insert a dvd the image doesn't come up(but I can still hear the audio), what should I do?

If you are using an AV cable, replace it with another and test again. If you play into a TV through the aerial connection, check the tuning of both DVD and TV.

If still not working, make sure that the correct video format is selected in the DVD settings.
