Hoover Easy Logic 1600 problem?
After switch on the display illuminates but following any program selection the is a short delay then a whirring sound, possibly from the synchronous motor, followed by a regular beep and more whirring sounds. No digits or text appears on the illuminated display. Nothing else happens so cannot proceed further.
