Bosch WFL2872 - Not Draining or Spinning?

Hi
It goes through the motions perfectly until it gets to the end, then it stops and I get flashing lights and beeps. Sometimes turning it off at the mains means I can get it to spin and drain but other times it just wont budge. Any ideas??

would suspect something impeding the pump impellar or a blockage in the black sump hose between drum and pump body, if they are free you have a worn pump that needs replacement
