Baxi 105 HE, hot water overrun?

Hi
I have a Baxi 105HE when I put the hot water tap on all works fine, but when I turn the tap off the pilot goes out but the boiler keeps on running (I had to switch it off after 5 minutes)
Any help would be great.

Use to over run for 30seconds or so but now would keep running if I don't switch it off.

Is happen since you installed or it start now because it's normal for combi to run for 6mits to cool down,fan and pump to run
