I have no heating or water and the red 30 dgeree light and power lights are on. The 30 degree light is flashing.

is there anything I can do to relight the boiler, as I can not see the pilot light (even with all the lights out in the room).

Before this happened, I had turned off the water pre-heat and i later noticed that it looked as though the water was constantly being heat up

1st thing, there is no pilot light. 2nd go on internet and search for the model etc, download the user and install instructions. 3rd read them
