how can I replace the O-ring on a Franke kitchen mixer tap?

i have unscrewed the collar on my Franke kitchen mixer tap..model Basel
I now want to remove the spout so I can replace the O-ring but it will not release?!

can you help?

I have an Ideal ff380 boiler. The heating is not coming on with the timer?
