kenmore 80 series how to fix it[model#11023812100?

my washer wont spin it drains the water but not all the way i thought it was the water pump so i replaced it but it still dont drain what do you think the problem is?

hi take the bottom hose off the drum i think you will find its blocked (REMEMBER POWER OFF)
