how can I get the coal fire effect to glow I have changed the bulbs, but it still won`t glow. is there a control board or something similar that might need changed
Yes there is a dimmer control board good luck with spares though! If you want to sell your heater get in touch I need a spare matrix from one! Paulpings at the gym mail thing!
