Boiler refusing to ignight?

I have a grander with a minor 1 burner.
Have had replaced, ignition transformer, phot cell, coil and nozzle. I am getting a good spark and there is Bo fuel problem. How ever the fuel refuses to ignight!!
Any sujestions

Knackered oil pump...BFP11R3...solenoid valve kerput...
horrible nasty burners, minor 1's, do yourself a favour and bin it and buy a bentone nu-way ST35 burner...will save you many £££'s in repair bills.
and in oil to think of it!
oh yeah...go check your oil filters at the tank or in-line are clean!! if you have an atkinson tank valve, the filter is the bowl underneath it, and there are others with a sneaky 19mm headed bolt underneath the red shut off knob...with a gauze filter inside that gets gunged up big style!!

Bad fuel,placement of spark,adj. of oil or air pressure(need instruments) that's all I got.Don't know your unit though but that is about it.
