I bought my LG washer in about 2003. I need a harness to fix my washer, but LG said I would have to pay an extra 350.00 to buy the new board that is required now to fix it along with the new harness. I can no longer buy the one I need without buying the board at the extra cost. I have paid for my harness a month ago (150.00) and now LG is telling me they no longer offer my part without me paying the extra 350.00 for the board. I will never buy another LG product again. They were saying "we back our product and customers", well NO YOU DON'T when I have to pay extra just to get my washer fixed. So after 2 1/2 months they tell me this crap... I have been without my washer for 2 1/2 months.... Why don't they have replacment parts??? If they supported the customer or product they would have replacment parts for my washer. All I need is the old harness. WHERE CAN I GET THE SAME HARNESS THAT NEEDS REPLACED.
