how to remove virus from nokia 2323c mobile phone. all ring tones, alert tones and appplications are either deleted or got corrupted. the phone somhow starts, it makes calls but when call comes it does not rings even when i downloaded some ringtones. the new ringtones also got deleted later on. please advice how to overcome this problem.
