Adapter buzzes, where can I replace it? Apart from the obvious?

I have three KALLT lights from Ikea.
One of the adapter plugs makes a buzzing noise...which can't be right.
Apart from Ikea, does anyone know where/how I could replace or fix it?
Any help will be gratfully received.
Many thanks :)

I would agree with you apart from the fact that I have bought 5 (in total) of these lights, and this only one of them makes this buzzing noise.
