PVC window will not open at one side?

When I turn the handle on my PVc window only one side is unlocking. This is stopping me from opening the window.

Is there any way I can force the other side to open and fix it?

Maybe thr espag on one side is binding on the roller catch, insert a thin butter knife or spatula under the window and slide thr roller out of the retainer, you may need a little force if its binding
