how can I fix the grill on my Panasonic NN-554W?
The grill is intermittent in operation. Only use on High setting and more often than not, the element will heat up for 10/15 secs then cool for maybe 20 secs then light up again and so on.
Get a stiff neck watching the bacon grilling!
