Hi , I have a new Bush 42" TV and the sound has stopped all of a sudden for no reason. Also the remote has stopped working and after changing batteries still no difference. I can turn the tv on and off with the sky remote and adjust the volume with the sky remote ( on screen the volume levels are going up and down and it is not muted ) Can you help please ?
