hi ,i have a proheat 2x9200,9400 series220-240v

i clean it after every use,but when i go to use it the next time ,no water is spraying,,so all i have now is a very sticky carpet,i have cleaned all vents,now it just colects the pile off the carpet ,dry ,their is water when i depress the water ejecter,but is not going as far as the brushes ,please help if you have had this happen to you ,
