I have had the above microwave for nearly 4 years with no problems, however, it will not microwave any more. The grill and convection oven still works.

The fast answer is usually the magnetron is shot, but it is just as llikely that the safety interlock switches have failed. not a job for the layman, if you don't know, don't go. these machine can be deadly even unplugged.
