I recently bought a samsung yh-920 mp3 player. I took it out of the box charged it up plugged the USB cable in the PC and the display screen froze even when I removed the USB cable it still said it was connected. I then restarted it at the back and it hasn’t switched back on. It doesn’t respond to any buttons it just stays blank.

If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate them

press the reset button on the back use a pin this should reset every thing
