I really love listening to the radio online but my regular multimedia player is not fine for that, I need one with a better performance, what can you recommend me?

This looks like a good option.
Other options include most media players that you can install on your computer, like Winamp and many others.

I occasionaly use the LastFM application. It let you compose custom "radio stations". If you get a song that you hate, you can ban it and never have to lisen it again.
