One hot water tap only gets warm, others in house get HOT?

Hi

I have a Glow Worm Compact 100p (permanent pilot) providing CH and DHW. All the hot water taps work fine apart from the bath tap, which when opened fully only ever gets warm water from the combi. Another tap in the bathroom, the sink tap gets HOT but only when run alone. When the bath & sink tap are run together, the water from each is only ever warm...

I'm a bit confused. Can anyone explain why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks,

This is quite normal. You have quite an old combi boiler. The faster the water flows through the boiler the cooler the water is, hence turning on two taps will make the water cooler. Also the bath tap being a bigger bore will have the same effect.
It might also benefit having the boiler serviced by a CORGI registered fitter who could check and or ajust the flow setting through the boiler.

OK - a bit more investigation has revealed some more information:

On opening the bath tap a little provides very HOT water. Any attempt to open it further means luke warm water. Any attempt to open any other hot water tap in the house provides only luke warm from the open hot water taps...

Even more confused but hopefully the extra info might help someone to help me...

Thanks
