The two red lights blink alternately, which I believe means, the printer needs service, but I have only used it several times in the past year. Is there a fix for this besides taking it into a repair shop. I don't think it's worth the price for sending it out, but it was doing its job great until this happened. Thanks in advance for any help available.

talked with epson about this. Pull the power plug, move the ink tray and look for a paper jam. I found scraps of paper down there. But it did not solve the problem yet. When I have more time I'll look deeper.
