Fisher & Paykel 7.5 Excellence Smart Drive Water Sensor?

The water sensor in my machine appears to have broken.
The machine just fills up with water till it overflows. makes difference if the setting Auto water or not.

How do I check the sensor?
Is it a simple part to replace?
Andrew, May 2012
No it is not simple to replace. The sensor is a part of the main circuit board & can only be replaced by a PCB tech with access to the software to calibrate the levels. Faulty pressure sensors mean replacement of the PCB controller. If it is faulty, it should be beeping and displaying an error code. If it isn't then it may not be the sensor. Open the panel and check the air hose is securely attached to the control module. Any air leakage can cause incorrect levels.
