To reset the BIOS password, and revert ALL BIOS user settings to default:
Check the moterboard documentation, available as a PDF file from the maker.
I can't give you a link as you did not say who the maker is, what brand.
There should be a BIOS reset contact or jumper somewhere.
You'll need to open the case. The manual should also contain that information.
Follow the instructions from the manual to reset the BIOS. This will erase any password and all other user settings and revert all to default values. This will not revert changes made by flashing an updated BIOS.
This will do nothing to any software based password, like any login password needed.
