reset on beko 5100w-5100s?

my door is jammed shut(magnetic catch) need a new reset, tried holding start button in for 5secs after leaving machine off for 2 hours but door still shut, can anyone help me with another solution?

tried unplugging for few hours then pressing start button in for 10 seconds to reset but nothing happening any other ideas would be appreciated

lid off.hand down front and manually release door catch,could be a faulty door lock.once door released check door lock out
