It has worked fine for about 14 months with the 16:9 ratio and i could change it back to 4:3 easily through the menu but now it stays at 4:3 even when it says it is 16:9 on the menu and nothing i have tried like full resets will change it. Any suggestions pls

go to www.digitalkaos.com, they will tell you over there, or just do a reset, but you will have to do a rescann for your channels back,
