Removal of agitator Hoover elite920?

Clothes stuck under agitator, do I need a special soket for removal , where can I get this ?Top loader

10mm socket with a long extension to remove hex. head bolt down bottom of agitator tube. It may have a plastic cover down there as well which you have to hook something on to it and pull it out to get at the bolt.
