hello, could you let me know how to repair a very noisy - not properly spinning oko -lavamat 61300 - sounds like there is something perhaps wire stuck in the drum.

if bra wire stuck you need to remove back panel and then remove the heating element.This will give you limited access to retrieve bra wire
