how can i fix my biasi boiler?

my boiler fires up but keeps cutting out after about 15 seconds, I reset the boiler but cuts out again. the water pressure is between 2 and 3. any ideas

biasi boilers normally have 3 LED lights
depending which ones are lit/flashing it might be possible to deduce cause of fault
