How can i fix my dualit toaster?

How can i replace the elements in my dualit toaster. 5 out of 8 are not working.
The model make just says 4 bread

I had a similar problem with my dualit toaster, I have just spoken to Simon at Masterspares 023 8084 4338, he is reallly helpful and has explained how to resolve my problem. Give him a ring, I'm sure he could help you too.
