How can I remove the barrel?

how can I dismantle and re assamble a dolphin handle / lock as the bar which locks it had broken I made a new one but can't remove the barral

Lock units are fitted by bolt from the edge of door, After removing handle plate, remove bolt, you then need to use the key to offset the lock slightly, to pull it out
