Problems with Goodmans GTVLl26W8HD?

the tv powers up but screen stays blue ive tried all the inputs i can... component, ant, scart and s-video (atm i dont have the correct cable to try the HD inputs) but none display pictures or produce sound.
Any help would be appreciated.

As it is obviously new (Because HD has only been around in the UK for a short time - under a year.) I'd take it back.
