how can i fix my IMP - 65?

I've recently bought a new imp-65 mp3 player. when I tried to upload songs onto it, all I get when I turn it on is "no file" even though when I swap between computors the song is recognised and can be accessed. However it assures me when the mp3 is turned on that there is no such file, I've tried and tried to try to get it to work with the help of family members etc, but I still cannot locate the problem. Can anyone help me upload them on or give me advice to what i'm doing wrong? Thanks

Hi, look under query from me, Susan Braby.
The answer is there for you as I had the same problem.
The songs are being saved in a folder instead of directly to the device drive. You can resolve this by copying the icons from the file and pasting them in device drive. Mine being F:
