to keep it short I dropped my micro on the floor one month ago and since then it just refuses to turn it self on. I've tried to charge it serveral times, but it keeps saying low battery and then turns off. I'm in Turkey for 6 months and not a soul can seem to help me here. Believe me I'v been to several places that sell creative. I would be absolutely delighted if anyone knew how to fix this or maybe coincidently have an address to a place that fixes Creatives in Istanbul ? :)

ok. simple fix, very cheap!!!
i had dropped my zen micro in the parking lot at work and the same thing happend. all the thing did when i turned it on was say CREATIVE. for 2 months it just sat unused, untill one day, out of anger i spiked it onto the carpet. not 1 time, but 4 times. and when i turned it on i didnt even get the CREATIVE. then i gave it a SUPER BOWL football spike, the thing bounced over my head!
and when i turned it on it WORKED !! everything was still there!!!
im being honest. just make sure the surface is carpeted!!
